We strive for excellence in academics, and as such, currently have the highest GPA on campus. As a chapter, we record and keep track of how many hours each member spends in the library, operating on a point-system to ensure that members are keeping up with their studies.
Academics
One of Phi Delta Theta’s founding principles is sound learning. Members constantly strive to further their intellectual development throughout their lives. Most chapters ask their members to adhere to certain academic standards in order to maintain a good standing within the chapter.
Most of life’s lessons take place outside of the classroom and it is with this in mind that we enlist the help of our alumni members to guide our youngest Phis through their time in college and beyond.
The Phi Delta Theta Educational Foundation also provides academic scholarships and fellowships that ease the financial burden of higher education.
The Fraternity’s continued encouragement of academic excellence is prevalent in the programs and resources offered to all members.
Achievement through scholarship builds better men and, in turn, builds a better Fraternity. We urge our members to Go Far in their academic endeavors.
