1064 Fraternity Circle
Kent, Ohio 44240
This is the home that was built for us by our housing corp. This house can hold 22 men comfortably. As you can see this is a large luxurious house that we are fortunate to have. The house is worth $1.6 million dollars, and is the largest fraternity house on Kent State's campus. It is also the only house constructed specifically for a fraternity. The house is located across the street from the student center on Fraternity Circle, which gives convenient access to campus dining and the rec center as well. As for neighbors, we are the only fraternity living next door to 3 of the 5 sorority houses, those being Delta Zeta, Alpha Phi and Delta Gamma!
